These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and to bookings and treatments at MORE Laser & Spa, Jl. Sri Wedari No.52a, Ubud, Gianyar, Bali 80571, Indonesia. MORE Laser & Spa is operated by PT The Creative Solution Bali, a limited liability company registered in Indonesia (NIB 2804220034009), Jl. Sri Wedari No.52, Kelurahan Ubud, Kecamatan Ubud, Kabupaten Gianyar, Bali 80571, Indonesia ("MORE", "we", "us"). By using the website or booking a treatment, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indonesian Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection.

1. Our services

We provide laser hair removal with a diode laser and Endosphères body therapy. Treatments are performed by trained specialists after a consultation. Information on this website is general and is not medical advice.

2. Consultation and suitability

  • Before your first treatment we carry out a free consultation: skin and hair assessment, health history check and setting expectations. You can start with a free consultation by phone; the skin and hair check is done at the studio.
  • Please give us complete and accurate information about your health, medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding, recent sun exposure or tanning, and any other conditions we ask about, and tell us about any change before each session.
  • We may postpone or decline a treatment if we find a contraindication or if we believe the treatment is not safe or not suitable for you.
  • Please follow the preparation and aftercare instructions we give you. They are an important part of your safety and results.

3. Bookings

  • You can request an appointment through the form on this website, on WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram, or in person.
  • A booking is confirmed only when we confirm the date and time to you in a message.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in Indonesian rupiah (IDR) and may change. The price that applies is the one valid when we confirm your booking.
  • Payment is made at the studio on the day of your treatment in cash, in Indonesian rupiah, unless we agree otherwise.
  • Packages and multi-visit subscriptions are personal and have no expiry date.
  • Refunds for packages and multi-visit subscriptions: we refund the amount you paid minus the sessions you have already used, counted at the regular price of a single visit. For example, if a single visit costs 1,000,000 IDR and you paid 2,100,000 IDR for three visits, we refund 1,100,000 IDR after one visit and 100,000 IDR after two visits.

5. Promotions

  • The Welcome Offer gives new clients 200,000 IDR off their first visit. It can be used once per client.
  • We tell you how the Welcome Offer works with packages and other promotions when we confirm your booking.
  • Other promotions, such as weekend packages, apply on the terms announced with them.
  • We may change or end a promotion at any time. Changes do not affect bookings we have already confirmed or packages you have already paid for.

6. Cancellations and late arrival

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment.
  • If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment so that the next client is not delayed.
  • After repeated missed appointments without notice, we may ask for prepayment for future bookings.

7. Results

Laser hair removal and Endosphères therapy are course treatments. Results depend on your hair and skin type, the treatment area, hormones, following the recommended intervals and aftercare, and other individual factors. Results vary from person to person and we cannot guarantee a specific result.

8. Age and parental consent

  • Laser hair removal and Endosphères therapy are available to clients aged 14 and over. Clients under 14 are not eligible for these treatments.
  • Clients aged 14–17 may receive these treatments only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and only while accompanied by the parent or legal guardian during the treatment.
  • For every client under 18, the parent or legal guardian must be present at the studio during the treatment, confirm that they are the parent or legally authorized guardian of the minor, give consent for the selected treatment, and confirm that they have received and understood the information about the procedure, possible risks, expected results, aftercare and contraindications.
  • Before the treatment, the parent or legal guardian must tell us about the minor's health, medications, allergies, skin conditions, previous treatments or any other circumstances that may affect the safety or suitability of the procedure.
  • We may refuse, postpone, change or stop a treatment if, in the professional judgment of our trained specialists, it may not be appropriate or safe for the client.
  • By accompanying the minor to the studio and consenting to the treatment, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have received enough information about the procedure, its possible risks, expected results, aftercare and contraindications, and have had the opportunity to ask questions before the treatment.
  • We may ask for an ID or other reasonable documents to check the client's age and, where applicable, the identity or authority of the parent or legal guardian.
  • This section is subject to the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia. Nothing in it excludes or limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under Indonesian law.

9. Our responsibility

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill and are responsible for them under Indonesian law. We cannot be held responsible for complications that result from incomplete or inaccurate health information you gave us, or from not following our preparation and aftercare instructions, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Website content

All texts, photos, videos, logos and design elements on this website belong to PT The Creative Solution Bali (MORE Laser & Spa) or are used with permission. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent. We aim to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but it may occasionally contain errors; the price and conditions confirmed to you in a message apply.

11. Privacy

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy (/privacy).

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably first. If that is not possible, the dispute will be settled in accordance with Indonesian law, including the consumer dispute resolution options available to you.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update at the top. Changes do not affect bookings already confirmed or packages already paid for.
